• 10x Genomics Tumor Dissociation for Single Cell RNA sequencing - The same protocol was used for normal breast tissue dissociation as well with a modification in the program - where 37C_h_TDK_1 was used for normal breast tissue in place of 37C_h_TDK_3 for tumor.
